man from San Antonio has been convicted of life in jail for prolonged child
abuse. Lonnie Paul Miller, the suspect, was sentenced to life imprisonment
by a Bexar County Jury for continuous sexual abuse of a child. Miller's
sentence was handed down by the 399th District Court on Tuesday, and he will
not be eligible for parole. A school administrator read the child's
journal and reported it to the school's chain of command. According to the
news, the victim confirmed to the school counselor that her journal entries
constituted an outcry. The school administrator then reported the offense to
